Please be assured that access to your accounts and the Qtrade Investor trading platform remains a top priority. As the COVID-19 situation has evolved, we have taken measures to ensure that Qtrade remains stable and open for business. 

Here are some self-serve tools that may be helpful:

  • Account management: Manage your accounts including funds transfers. To get started, log in to your Qtrade Investor account and select My Accounts > Service Centre.
  • Access important documents: Access your confirmations, statements, and tax documents through My Accounts > Service Centre > eDocuments when logged into your account.
  • Open a new account or check the status of a pending account opening here.

  • Continue to trade on the go with our mobile app. Download the Qtrade Investor App in your mobile App Store.
